I've always considered my self a person who serves. When I was a child, I helped care for younger family members, I worked in service in college, and I was a teacher before this. I've always been about serving others.
Running a business is hard and I have been in a place where I don't have anyone supporting me or cheering me on. Sometimes, when I come on as someone's OBM, I'm the only person in their corner besides their team and clients. Being able to lift them up lifts me up.
I'm really good at it, so I might as well help people with my skills, right?
This is the only thing I've done outside of teaching that I've loved, enjoyed, and felt confident about. It makes me feel better to know I'm helping you and through you, making a bigger impact on the world.
