One of my most favoritest (yes, I know it's not a word. I actually, believe it or not, took graduate level courses in grammar and English language lol) things to talk about is goals. In fact, I even talked about goals when I was a teacher. I truly believe that goals are what make successful people.
So, bestie, do you want to be successful in your business? Because, same.
When you work with me, we will start by getting clear on your 30, 60, and 90 day goals. And we aren't going to just say "I'm gonna do xyz by xx." No. We are gonna talk about how we're gonna measure that shit. And, we're gonna talk about what your role is in that, what my role is in that, and what the rest of the team's role is in that.
But we won't be done there.
Next, we're gonna map it out and put it in your project management system. (Don't have a project management system? That's another service I can offer. Hit reply to learn more.) And we're gonna give everything dates and KPIs and assign stuff to people.
And then, we're gonna talk about all the ways I'm going to be the one making sure it all gets done while you focus on the next big thing to bring your business to the next level.
